TAX EXEMPTION APPLICATIONS NOW AVAILABLE!

Reminder for Delaware City Residents!

The City of Delaware City would like to remind residents that Delaware City Senior/Disabled Tax Exemption applications are now available.

Applications can be expected to arrive in the mail soon for residents on the City’s senior mailing list. Any other resident who believes they may qualify is welcome to pick up an application at Town Hall or at the link below.

The deadline for filing is April 15, 2026 by 5 PM!

In addition, New Castle County Senior, Disabled Veteran, and Disability Tax Exemption applications are also available at Town Hall for residents who may qualify.
